Does anyone know when they plan on announcing the schedule for the magic weeks? I'll be coming down the first week in March and am hoping its the long lost friends week.

Hmmmm, I wonder if they really know at this point. Plus I can see them saying magic doesn't have a schedule or some such thing.

Hopefully they announce it soon. I'm going down either the first or second week in January. Does anyone think they'll be doing by that time since it's right at the beginning of the year?

I swear I throw up in my mouth a little bit every time I read/hear Limited Time Magic.
It just seems like it's an infomercial
But wait, there's more: As some Limited Time Magic, the first 12 callers can get a Meet and Greet with Clarabelle Cow!

I am totally booking AKL for the friday the 13th!!! I can't wait for that one.. We need a villian area in a park...

Dear Disney,
If you plan on expanding DHS, can you just make villian village instead so we can get all of our nasty, mean, rude, snobby villian fix when needed?? thanks

As I said before, I don't know when they'll announce the day. But Disney will have to announce it soon. Since there's going to be a different event each week, I'd say the latest Disney will announce the dates is mid-December. Plus, you have to remember that the fans will have to book ahead of time.

Not trying to be a smart @$$ or anything, but what's to say they're planning on announcing anything ahead of time? If the promotions is supposed to be spontaneous and full of surprise, then they may not give much advance notice (if they give any at all) for the events other than the ones associated with specific holidays.

I hope this is the case and they just announce it a few days in advance. Otherwise crowds will be crazy!

On another note I bet they will do a week of the park being open 24 hours! CMs may hate this week though lol.

I highly doubt they'll do that even though I wishtjeywould! But they did a huge special event for leap day in 2011. One More Disney Day I don't think they'd do a whole week

Remember, Leap Day was anounced by marketing last year, then thrown together at the last minute by park ops (who had been in the dark the announcement was coming). I imagine someone somewhere in Orlando is trying to brainstorm 46 other "special weeks" at this very moment. Might have to take a page from the original Mickey Mouse Club, go with "Anything Can Happen Week."
