I was just wondering............

how on earth do you get those little links in your signatures taking you to wdwmagic photo albums and countdown - i've got a self made one but want it bit more official ?

If you go into your User CP at the top of the page, select options, scroll down to the bottom and you'll see this:

<fieldset class="fieldset"> <legend><label for="csel_field20">Show trip countdown in signature?</label></legend> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="3" width="100%"> <tbody><tr> <td>Setting this to yes will show a link to your Trip Countdown. If you are a WDWMAGICPass holder, it will also display a live countdown banner in your signature.</td> </tr> <tr> <td> <select name="userfield[field20]" id="csel_field20"> <option value="1" selected="selected">Yes</option><option value="2">No</option> </select> <label for="csel_field20">Show trip countdown in signature?:</label> </td> </tr> </tbody></table> </fieldset> <input name="userfield[field20_set]" value="1" type="hidden"> <fieldset class="fieldset"><legend><label for="csel_field21">Show link to my photo album in signature?</label></legend> <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="3" width="100%"> <tbody><tr> <td>If set to yes, a link will appear in your footer to your photo album at http://photoalbums.wdwmagic.com</td> </tr> <tr> <td> <select name="userfield[field21]" id="csel_field21"> <option value="1" selected="selected">Yes</option><option value="2">No</option> </select> <label for="csel_field21">Show link to my photo album in signature?:</label></td></tr></tbody></table></fieldset>
Toggle the selectors to "Yes", hit save and the trip coundown and photo album links will 'magically' appear in your signature.

OMG - that was SOOOO easy - thanks for your help !!!

They were both actually already on "yes", just did it again and saved changes and it worked.

I never entirely understood that, the default is yes, but you have to tell it you want it to be yes before it works :veryconfu
