Likelihood of the following characters doing meet and greets in August

I know there are plenty of people here that are "good friends with the characters", so I was wondering if there was any way to know if any of the following characters were supposed to be or would possibly be available during the week of August 15-22. My daughters are dying to meet a few in particular, in addition to the regulars. Also, the most likely location(s) for the following would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1. Bolt and Rhino
2. Princess Tiana and Naveen
3. Marie the cat
4. Darby
5. Oso (haven't heard anything about Oso meet and greets at all)
6. Lots'O

I'm sure there are others that I can't think of off-hand. Any info would be great! Thanks in advance.

I'm not in the know... but Marie is still doing M&Gs in France (Epcot), I'm pretty sure!?!

Darby is gone! My kids never did get to see her.

I don't think you can see Bolt or Rhino either. They would have been in the Animation building but they were switched out for Up! characters, I do believe!?! Up! characters have been switched out for Lotso in the Animation Building now! So, you can see Lotso!

^I agree with the above, plus I think that Tiana and Naveen might still be greeting in Liberty Square. I haven't heard anything about Oso either.

*with regards to Bolt; he is currently not scheduled to appear in the parks. However, with the Power Rangers ending Aug 7th, it's possible other characters will come to DHS to fill the void. The refurb of TSMM is also expected to bring more characters too. However, I currently have no official info on this.

-Bolt: Appears randomly. Sometimes, whenever they have character training groups at Epcot (at American Adventure and/or Millenium Village) and/or Animal Kingdom (at the Good Times Gathering Spot in Camp Minnie-Mickey), he may come out, but he's basically hit or miss.

-Rhino: No.

-Princess Tiana and Naveen: At their gazebo behind Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe in Liberty Square at the Magic Kingdom.

-Marie the cat: France at Epcot. She also sometimes appears with aforementioned training groups at Animal Kingdom's Good Times Gathering Spot.

-Darby: No.

-Oso: No.

-Lots'O: Inside The Magic of Disney Animation at Disney's Hollywood Studios.

1. Bolt and Rhino - As far as I'm aware, they are spending quality time with Penny at home and do not visit the park anymore.

2. Princess Tiana and Naveen - Last I heard they are doing M&G in the Magic Kingdom. I'm not sure if it's still there, but they were doing a show on the paddleboat for a while.

3. Marie the cat - You can SOMETIMES - very rarely - also find her near the back door to the Coca Cola store at EPCOT. This is not guaranteed though. She is a finicky cat :3 You have a much better chance of meeting her in France.

4. Darby - Darby has left the 100 Acre Wood to go to school.

5. Oso (haven't heard anything about Oso meet and greets at all) - There were rumors a year ago when I was doing my CP that Oso would be spending time with the other Playhouse Disney characters at Hollywood Studios, but I haven't heard anything about it since then. However, JoJo and Goliath's circus is supposed to be moving town soon.

6. Lots'O - Lotso is now in the Animation building at Hollywood Studios. You can also find Mr and Mrs Incredible, Frozone, and The Big Cheese himself there. Tip: Some nights you can also find "rare" Disney characters there as well, such as Friar Tuck, Prince Jon, and others. I don't remember why they make appearances there, but it has something to do with Fantasmic.

My last two trips to Disney I saw Marie in Future World. Once was right at the entrance on my way in. Later that day I saw her outside Innoventions, where I saw her again on my last trip. I also once saw her inside the empty hallway that leads to Fountain View Ice Cream shop. I think there are restrooms in the area. I also see her in France a lot, which has been mentioned. You can't miss her!

Tiana & Naveen I would absolutely bet will still be out in Liberty Square. They have a little pavilion dedicated to them, so I think they'll be around for a while. Just get there well in advance. When I was there in May, the line was maxing out long before they were even scheduled to appear. We ended up getting in line over an hour beforehand, since we'd been shut out before that.

Nobody else on your list I saw last time, but Lottso wasn't doing M&G's yet in May when I visited. He is now. =-)

The Robin Hood characters have headed back to Nottingham. However, a variety of other characters still appear.

During the Summer season, the PM Character Greeting (“Fant! Characters”) at The Magic of Disney Animation occurs every day, starting at 4:50pm and typically lasts two hours. Appearances and schedule may change due to special circumstances. The current character line-up can include any combination of the following characters (other characters may appear, but these are the most common):

Minnie, Goofy, Pluto, Chip ‘n’ Dale, Mary Poppins, Mr. Penguin, Pocahontas, Meeko, Village Belle, Snow White, Snow Queen, Aladdin, Jasmine, Genie, Jafar, Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Pinocchio, Geppetto, Mulan, Stitch, Tweedle Dum & Dee, Queen of Hearts


Also, if you are ever looking for a specific character, visit Guest Relations first thing and they can check to see if that character is scheduled to appear that day.

Bolt has been seen quite a bit recently at EPCOT at the Millenium Village and American Adventure locations. He was also out for the Muppet refurb, so you never know when he may pop up at the Studios.

I've caught Bolt twice in front of Muppet Vision 3-D during non-Fantasmic nights at DHS. No sign of Rhino though.

Tiana and Naveen might still be in Liberty Square. More than likely it would just be Tiana.

Marie is in the France Pavillion. Either right out front or in the library.

Never heard or seen anything about Oso in the parks.

Lotso will probably be there unless he's replaced by the characters from Tangled. But even then he might be around Pixar Place.
