Lights, Motors, Action just 10 weeks away!

From a GREAT source, LMA will begin previews in just 10 weeks, which would be around mid-March. I am not sure if this would be guest previews, AP previews, or CM previews, but it looks like it will be open LONG before the May 5th date that had been previously announced.

I believe the Land will reopen on April 1.

You can not really realate the two.....two different attractions....LMA relies on the crew being trained, Soarin, on the ride being complete......they have nothing to do with each other....

I believe the difference in planning for Easter is this: Lights, Motors, Action! has a huge capacity so it can handle Easter crowds during preview phase, whereas Soarin' has a much lower capacity (somewhere b/t 1200 and 1400 people/hour), and having it in testing during Easter would likely lead to problems, aggravating guests--best to just wait till April.

Makes a lot of sense, it would just cause a lot of aggravation with the big crowds. :brick:
