LMA absolutely blew me away the first time I saw it in 2008. The video taping even had me tricked. When we returned in 2009, I enjoyed the show again, but the predictability took the edge off a little bit. I'd much rather see a Cars Land, but not because LMA is a bad show. I guess it's just not strong on repeatability.

Does anyone else think that even tho they added the Cars 2 Segment during the little halftime part of the show a few years back it was giving one big idea what's to happen to that area.....Think about it...

My son has always wanted to see that show, and we never time it right to DHS. It's on our must-do list for our December trip so I'm glad it will reopen before then.

I don't get the hate for LMA. I've seen the show 4 times now, and always
enjoy it. The driving is pretty astonishing to watch, IMO.

If it goes, I won't cry, but still.

I agree.I like the show...I think they do a fantastic job...I try to see it every trip. I ride the TOT every year as well and dont get tired of that..certainly they can update some of the stunts..but I dont understand all the negativity

What they are really doing is seeing how much complaining the guests do when its knocked down. They are also surveying how much more of a crowd is in the park when the show is not running. Its really a feasibility study to see what kind of impact it will have if its not there. But seriously, I just made that up.

The show is a great show the first time you see it. Unfortunately do to it's complexity the "filler" done between stunts gets repetitive on subsequent visits. I think the show could have succeeded (I'm assuming it's going away within a year) if they built in more variety on the transition segments.
