I don’t know for sure but I would say it is very likely. The park needs to increase its FP inventory.

Continuous shows, but some uncertainty over how often these will be. TP has them every 50 minutes but could be more often than that.
No FP info yet.

If Muppets has FP, it stands to reason that Lightning would have FP. But, perhaps following the opening of SWGE there will be a reorganization of FPs anyway so they see no point in integrating Lightning now.

This has not opened with FP+ and it seems this will not offer FP+in the future. Wait times are minimal and it is reasonably quick throughout of guests.
