But that's what Uni does, and it works pretty well. You are either gen-pop, you have the Express.

I'm a fan of LLPP. The trip I used it was the absolute most relaxing trip I've taken since I became the primary planner, and that relaxation and not having to criss-cross the parks was 100% worth it TO ME. YMMV, because we are all different. But FOR ME AND MY DAUGHTER, it was the right call.

That said, my favorite trip was back in November 2020 when there was no FP or LL, because all the lines moved. Everyone was equal and the parks worked as they were intended.

But that's gone and it ain't coming back. So when I go, I'll buy LLPP to make my days relaxing and stress free. I don't make the rules, but I'll play Disney's game in the way that is best for me and my family.
I might consider it too if there were two of us. But for our November 2027 trip there will be 10 of us.

November 2020 had very restricted capacity. It wouldn’t be the same now.

Whoa. Chi and Walter both liked this post.

Imma go buy some lottery tickets. Or maybe run for office.

They can’t…frankly…because they have almost the same ride capacity - and way less entertainment and distractions - that they had circa 2000…

Estimated attendance was 44M that year…
That’s for 52M now? Math don’t work that way.

They just can’t support express pass. There has to be a limit. And as Len says repeatedly…they already are dependent on the LL money…as in the whole entire company is. Not a good slot to be in.
Friendly wager it happens within 6 months of construction being done…

The really interesting thing is what are they going to do about Early Entry once this stuff opens. Since the beginning EE at the MK has always been FL and TL. Well everyone is going to want to head to Frontierland and VL for the new rides. Are they going to drop Tomorrowland for Frontierland?

Early entry has been dead man walking for a long time

You know that’s not adding capacity, right?

By my calculation…two of the replacements will be put behind an ILL paywall too…

It’s a numbers thing. Won’t work
Oh trust me. Im in full agreement the numbers dont work and agree that any new ride will be another pay extra to play….
But its never stopped Disney before so why would you think it will now? A couple years down road say they may not offer “unlimited” but potentially a thumbed down reride version of it or a time stamped one where you cant go again until X time has passed…

Can’t sell what you don’t have

Sure, but you technically have a 3-hour window for any of your LLs. If you’re staying onsite, you could schedule the rides in an order that makes sense for your family anyway, and you still have plenty of leeway for spontaneous decisions.

I mean, I understand that there is technically more than 0 added benefit to the LLPP over LLSP+LLMP. It’s just hard for me to see how that marginal upgrade is worth paying 3 times the price.

No judgment — it’s your money, spend it as you wish! I just find it surprising.

I don't think JRB has been to the parks in 4-5 years.
