Most did, and fairly quickly, though I believe the Inspired Key (the highest level) is still available
Considering they rock about 50% APs in the aggregate…it’s still weird they aren’t all sold out.

But doesn’t look like any sold much in Florida past day 1.

Perhaps the 50% price increases in real terms MIGHT have affected that?

I know this may be hard to answer but my jaw has dropped at reading this thread. Could this mean that we could see similar length of rides, the inability to but Genie + and get on Tron & GotG based on this for latter two weeks in August? What are the betting chances we might hit gold here?
What?

I wasn't planning on renewing my AP and going next year (even though I've been on 5 different trips in less than a year), but if they offer a larger discounted DVC AP I may have to consider... for the popcorn buckets and AP magnet of course

Im here now and cant believe how empty it is. There was literally not one person on millenium falcon at 7 pm last night. I havent seen anything like this since the last recession over a decade ago. You do not need genie at any park
AS of right now, 3:33 PM, you could still buy an ILL$ for Tron for 3:35 pm, and the virtual queu is still enrolling. Lol, that $20 per ILL$ for Tron might be priced a little high...

This is wonderful news for folks who are there right now!
I had a look at the ticket prices, and WOW, no wonder it’s empty:

Though if you want to ride more than once you have to do the VQ and the ILL

Also if you want to guarantee a ride at night you can select your time with the ILL

Well AAA was touting “way up travel numbers” for the summer just today on the tickers…

,..but then again…have they ever NOT said that?

But let’s assume they’re correct. Could it be possible that it is trending up but NOT to Orlando/wdw? 😱

It seems antithetical in so many ways…but we can’t rule it out.

A big factor could be URO is down too…waiting for epic?
But they’ll adjust better…they’d just cut the crap and price to move.

Blue ocean can’t figure that out
I know we want it to be because of something Disney has done to negatively affect people, but I just wonder if it's that guests are now just out of sequence. WDWMagic and DIS people go to WDW every year or multiple times per year, but how much do regular people? All the trips originally scheduled for 2020, 2021 and 2022 trips all happened in 2022. So people on the "every other year" schedule that would have come in 2021 and 2023 won't be back until next year, the "every 3 year people" who would have come in 2020 and 2023 won't be back until 2025. And with Epic, there is incentive for people to wait and go to places like DC like we just did, a beach, National Park, etc. If travel is down everywhere, it's economics. If it's Orlando, it could be specifically Disney, specifically Florida, or just "that's what we did last year."

I know this will be an unpopular opinion, but I genuinely consider these prices excellent value for money.
I personally, can't call what we get for the money is an "excellent value".
We pay it or don't get in.

If you make enough visits, the AP could be considered great value, I can't use the word "excellent".

I know, I know, splitting hairs over words.

The words are all dependent on each persons “value” of their money

For example, I’ve probably used my AP for park entry 30-40 times since it renewed in September. I plan to use it at least 10ish more times before it renews again in September. I would consider that an excellent value.
