I’ve never done a Disney cruise but recently have started to follow with interest and dream. I saw that a new port, Lighthouse Point, is opening in June, but was surprised to see how little buzz there is about it. There were a few pictures released in March that didn’t really show anything of interest. Some cabanas and walkways but none of the bigger buildings, restaurants, or water play areas.
Is this typical for Disney? Sign that it might be underwhelming? Or a sign that they want to wow people with a “big reveal”? I’m hoping it’s the last one as I might start lobbying my family to consider saving for a cruise, lol.
