No.
The Premier Pass did sell out on several days over Christmas.
But the MultiPass and SinglePass rarely do so.

For dates in January, the odds of any version of the Lightning Lane passes selling out is almost zero. If you were talking about a hugely busy week, like Christmas, maybe, but almost certainly not in January.
