It's ADR day for me -- anyone know when LTT will begin taking reservations again? I'm guessing there are no times available due to the refurbishment taking place; however, my travel dates should fall after completion (last time I checked).

I believe that is one of the ones you may have better luck calling directly.
It is hard to say when a restaurant will open up for reservations after a refurb. It seems like they wait until they are fairly sure about the re-open date and that usually does not happen until they are actually doing the work. The best thing to do is make a backup reservation somewhere else and then just keep checking. If you are able to snag LT in the future, you can cancel your backup.
Raglan Rd should be easy to get. If you are not having luck online, call Disney Dining. If that fails, you can also get them through opentable.com, but I am not positive how far in advance opentable will open up reservations.
