Let's Talk WDW Cast Costumes

Storybook Circus. It’s supposed to look like a shirt (or maybe waistcoat) and coat with buttons and straps, but it’s just a flat colored shirt.

The new Dinosaur costume above has a bunch of straps that hold down nothing.

Interesting. I'd only been to Storybook Circus once, didn't notice.

Which version, got a picture? If it's the one I'm thinking of, I quite like them... Maybe not the color combo though. I like blue and orange together, but for something like that, to me it feels out of place.

I personally really love the Tower of Terror Bellhop uniforms. I wore one to Mickey’s Not So Scary Hallwowen Party two years ago.

Tower Bellhop costumes, with the trench coat option, are the best.

Worst are the generic khaki costumes that have become the default for many areas.

I have to admit that the Tower of Terror bellhop costumes do look pretty cool. Here were my designs for a few areas.

I'm a bit jarred by the MK park greeters outfits... I understand they're noticeable, but wow.

Am I wrong to say that the Pandora attractions costumes look a little bland? I feel like they could have done a little more...

I gotta admit that Test Track isn't too bad either, but I feel like it could be a bit more technologically influenced based on what the ride is.

Haunted Mansion & Pirates are my 2 favorite CM costumes. I took every opportunity to work PAC (Parade Audience Control) in Ad/Lib (Adventureland/Liberty Square) when I was a CP so I could wear the HM costume

I LOVE the Haunted Mansion costumes. I'd wear that in a heartbeat for sure! Another favorite would be Dapper Dan's outfits. So fun!

While not the exact HM costume, have you seen the new themed clothing that WDW is now offering? I

Search: Disney Cherry Lane. Also called the Dress Shop collection. They have a while HM line of wearables. they have a General HM outfit and one that looks like the Tightrope girl from the stretching room.

I kind of like the look of the Liberty Square outfits.

I'm not sure if they are past or current outfits, but the Dinoland outfits remind me of hospital scrubs.

One I liked, and this is maybe harder to describe, but AK has sometimes had cultural representatives stationed near Yak and Yeti wearing some super outfits! It was also fun and interesting to talk with them!

As far as other costumes, I really like the ones they use for Tomorrowland, but I kinda feel like they could be a bit more.... futuristic to go with the times. After all, Tommorrowland is TOMORROW, so they need a costume from TOMORROW! Maybe a nice silver, some small hints of purple and blue, something like that... Looks like a job for....... ME! I'll design another set, maybe it'll look cool.

I am looking forward to the outfits for Star Wars Land, think they can be really creative with that one.

My current fave are HM and ToT.

I believe they have a slightly different blazer but still have the straight blue pants. I think a knee length pencil skirt with nude stockings would look sharp.
