Since no one else around me really "gets" talking about Disney dining... and even my husband is sick to death of listening to me lament about decisions, I'll bring this list here for all of you who understand! We are on the DDP - 1QS, 1TS, and 2Snacks. I was lucky enough to get everything I wanted at the times I wanted at the 180 day mark.

Arrival Day Sat.- Late Lunch - Columbia house? (this one I'm not sure about, I wanted a Lobster roll, but I keep hearing Mayo based... onions, etc)
Dinner (DESSERT FOR DINNER!) Surprising husband with Fireworks Dessert party at Tomorrowland Terrace, with Garden Seating.

Day 2 Sun - Magic Kingdom
Breakfast - Pop Century or cereal in room
Lunch - Be our Guest - 1130a
Dinner - Hoop Dee Doo Revue - 615p

Day 2 Mon - Epcot
Breakfast - Roaring Fork at Fort Wilderness Lodge
Lunch - Flower and Garden festival food booths
Dinner - Chefs de France - 630p

Day 3 Tues - Rest Day
Breakfast - cereal in room
Lunch - Meeting local family at the Polite Pig in Disney Springs for lunch
Dinner - 'Ohana - 750pm

Day 4 Weds - Magic Kingdom in the morning / Hollywood studios in the evening
Breakfast - Cereal in room
Lunch - Be our guest - (this could change if we aren't impressed on day 2)
Dinner - Sci-fi Dine in theatre - 635p

Day 5 Thurs - Animal Kingdom / Full day? Part day?
Breakfast - Tusker House - 805a
Lunch - Sa'tuli Canteen
Dinner - Cape May Cafe (don't try to talk me out of AYCE crab legs!)

Day 6 - Going home day =(
Breakfast - Pop Century

Let me know what you think and play nice =D

Honestly, I can't find anything to criticize. You have a nice variety of restaurants (in terms of type of cuisine, style of service, and theme), and your meals are well-spaced out from one another. The 'Ohana dinner would be a little late for me (expect it to be after 8pm by the time you're seated), but perhaps you're timing it to see fireworks during/after?

Yup! That's exactly it. That and since it is our rest day, I didn't want to be in a hurry to get to a dinner, and I don't know what time we are meeting my cousin for lunch yet.

If you aren’t staying at Wilderness Lodge, I wouldn’t make a special trip there to eat breakfast in Roaring Fork (the interior quick service location.)

very nice plan. just one word of warning, the day you are eating at the flower and garden festival for lunch and chefs d'France for dinner - be careful with your booths! We did this once and were too full for our Biergarten dinner. (we're German, it is a must every trip). So we paid for a buffet and barely ate (too late to cancel the reservation by the time we realized that we over indulged).
Still a good plan for you, just exhibit more self control than we did!

Thanks for the advice! We tend to eat lunch early, so hopefully I can keep us in check! Can't wait to see what the food booths are going to be. They just put the Arts festival booths out recently.

Looks good to me. Now with kids, I try not to leave the park for meals, unless its for a late dinner, because they get pretty disappointed. When it was just my wife and I, we didn't mind leaving the park for places like the Hoop De Doo, Ohana's or Cape May.

Understandable. My husband is disabled, and I get cranky in the heat, so we plan on taking a break in the middle of the day anyway, so going to dinner won't be straight from the parks. Then, if time permits going back to a park for the rest of the evening.

The only thing that stood out to me was ohana at 7:50pm.. reminded me of my last trip and first visit at ohana. My agent booked for 8:40pm and I know there is a difference in your time by 50min. but for me just too late to eat in a place like that , would have enjoyed it more earlier which is why this time around 5:45pm ...
May 2018
20th Anniversary trip...no kids .. off and married themselves ...LOL

Looks like a fine plan. Just a comment. On day 2 you list Hoop Dee Doo. Be aware you are going to get a boatload of food there as well as all you can drink. I'd go light for lunch that day.

I am with you ...back to a poolside nap ...off to dinner and a park

You got really good times for your meals. The only thing I wouldn't do is eat at BOG twice - not because we didn't like it - I would just want to try something different.

I think a long mid afternoon break does wonders. We are a family of 6 from 15-55 and all of us like the break, not just us old people.

I don't disagree with you... I'll let my husband decide after our first visit... I was thinking maybe starlight cafe for something different.
