or better yet not...

Well we have snow. We got about 13 inches yesterday (some of which melted today thank heavens)

Anyone else have the white stuff yet?

I can't wait for summer again...it sucks having to clean the car off at 7am...its too cold for my liking.

I think I'm going to reconsider visiting PEI! First storms, damaging winds, rain, power outages, forest fires, and now snow! What comes next? ;)

He he don't do that Marcia...

The wind storm was a freak thing that very rarely happens...the fires came with the wind storms...blowing trees into the power lines...and they were really dry because it only rained 2 times this summer...so they caught fire pretty easy.

Snow is snow and PEI wouldn't be the same without it. I still hate the white stuff though...unless there is enough to go skiing or to cancel classes at the university for a day or two and it's nice for christmas but other then that I wish the snow would just stay away.

PEI is a beautiful place, especially in the summer...you will definately have a fun visit!! :sohappy: :sohappy:

when were you planning on visiting??

I'm afraid I'm with Marcia on this one--you're not doing a great job of selling me here. Although I've been misled about the beauty of other cities before, only to arrive and find they aren't anywhere near as cool as I had been told....

I'm with you on the snow thing...I can do without it and would prefer to visit a place that's nice and warm....

Hey.... I was given reasons why my lists of reasons not to like some places were invalid... and yet the fact that they don't like Yanks was somehow overlooked... ;) When the hotel concierge says it's not a friendly place to outsiders, that's not a good thing....
