Hi, Legacy Park is one of the dozens of rental home communities that has sprung up around Disney in the last 5-7 years. It is located on the very busy highway 27 that goes north-south and carries a great deal of fast traffic. You will be turning left onto 27 to get to 192 and into Disney. Although it might be a little longer drive, you might want to consider turning right (south) and take I-4 East to the nice new Disney exit about 3 miles north. It is also much safer to turn right onto 27. If 192 is real busy going to Disney, I-4 will definately be faster.
There are lots of developements out on 27 (here is map:

LPark is considered pretty "far out" as Disney home go as you can see on the map, all the homes on Formosa Garden Blvd and off Old Lake Wilson are considered more "close in." You will be about 20 minutes from the Disney Parking lots no matter what anyone tells you!
You will be very handy to a new Publix grocery store but a long drive (10 minutes) to any restaurants on 192 down toward Disney.
The homes will nice and new and should be very comfortable and handle your family well...there are hundreds of 5 bedrooms for rent in the area, so make sure this is what you want and that the price is right. Remember, it is a renters market. In my opinion you should not be paying over $130/night including tax and pool heat.
Most of savvy old Disney renters deal directly with owners and never never go through a management company for the best price and the best homes. What you see is what you get from an owner. It is their home and you will see exactly where you wil l stay, the rooms, bed setup and so on. here are a couple of sites that show you 5 bedrooms homes from the owners direct.

(look under Legacy Park for other LPark homes in the "Davenport" area. And be sure and check "Kissimmee area " for 5brs in Emerald Island, Windsor Hills, Windor Palms, Indian Creek, Formosa Gardens, Rolling Hills, Oak Island Cove all of which are much closer to Disney...

Hope this helps...Ted
