Leaving the studios at night

Hello Everyone,

I had a quick question regarding the flow of people and congestion around the studios at the end of the night.
We are visiting shortly and notice jingle bam is showing 30 mins after park close.
Worst case scenario if we end up in TSL when park closes how bad is the congestion for those 30 minutes for guests looking to get out before the fireworks?
Looking at the park map it looks as though the animation courtyard is the only way around. It's been awhile since I've visited the studios so I'm unsure how big of an area the main viewing area is and if it will be insanely congested or if sticking to the brown derby side will allow us a decent path out of the park before fireworks start.

Appreciate everyone's help.

I am not sure as to what you are asking, are you watching the JBJB show, the fireworks are part of this show. If you are leaving during the show, yes sticking by Brown Derby will make a straight path to the entrance. If you are watching the whole show than it may still make it easier to leave but not much, there will be a mad dash to the exit. Yes, there is only one exit/entrance.

When we have gone it has been very congested, we normally walk around and wait forty five minutes to an hour after the show. I do this for two reasons, the crowds and it is a better time to get photos.

The viewing area is rather large and will be full, especially as Fantasmic empties.

Be ready for the long hike to the buses, that is unless you are staying at one of the EPCOT area resorts, than you can walk to the resort or take the boats. There is typically a long wait even at the boats after the show, we have waited for two to three boats before. Once again, we now hang around after the show or walk back to the resort in this case.

I was just there Tuesday at closing in TSL. There were barely any crowds. We got on TSM at 7:55pm with a 10min wait. Hardly any traffic leaving. Stick close to the Brown Derby and you'll avoid the worst of the crowds.
