Not that it matters too much now since it looks like they are painting over the legs of Spaceship Earth. I did a search and didn't find any threads about this, but I was looking at a old photo of SSE and it looks like the leg paintings are backwards in regard to the direction that the tombstones are leaning. I put the photo up on my site...what do ya'll think?

Well I always noticed that the interior, inner "faux-stone" painted on each of the legs was taller than the exterior, outer "faux-stone." If that's what you're referring to. Because it's opposite of how the real stones are arranged... the inner ones are shorter and the outer ones taller. I don't know why they chose to paint the legs that way... it's a moot point now that we're back to sky-blue legs, anyway! :D Thankfully.

I thought it was more of a perspective thing. I see the exact same thing in the real tombstones if you look at it in perspective.
