Least busy time to visit WDW?

It maybe easier to say stay away on any holiday week, any weeks around school vacations.this means most of march/April due to school vacations and spring break. You also must be careful between Thanksgiving and Christmas a great time but can be very busy depending on how close you are to either TD or CD

October is a great time to come down. The summer months are usually crazy. Up to the week before Thanksgiving or Christmas is usually kind of slow too.

OP, October is a crazy weather month. It generally starts off unbearably hot and then, at some point, the humidity breaks and it is wonderful. But it can also get cold, especially mid, late October. So if you don't want cold AT ALL, you should probably avoid October.

We can't predict weather, of course. We also can't predict crowds...but October is no longer the low-crowd month it once was. It's almost impossible to find a low-crowd time these days. Check the touringplans site for good guesses on crowds.

Good luck!!

I've had very good luck the first two weeks of November, and the second and third week of January. I love the cooler weather at those times too (and the added bonus of Food & Wine Festival still going on in November ...)

Crowd calendar says the first part of September. We try to go in October and even that has become pretty busy.

We are checking into the possibility of a mid Sept trip, having changed our plans of going in December. Thrilled at having less days to wait, and going during a slower time. Not thrilled at missing the beauty of the Christmas decorations. Also wondering how the tropical storm season might affect our park plans, I would hate to lose park time with several days of rain, rain and more rain.
