Le Cellier Server Question

Hi all!

Does anyone know what days of the week Candice usually works at Le Cellier? My husband and I have been lucky to have her as our server about 4 times now and she's absolutely amazing! She normally works nights & is typically in the section off to the right with the 2 tops. We have a reservation Monday night for my birthday and we're hoping to have her again!

She is the sweetest! When we were there in August she asked if she had served us before because we looked familiar to her. We told her that we had dined with her a few times, and that the first time we she was our server we were on our honeymoon & she recommended the creme brulee and that we've ordered it every time since! She came out with a creme brulee at the end of the meal compliments of her which was very sweet of her
