Yes, there are... About 10,000 of them... Don't set that expectation for people bc if they eaten in the real world, they will be disappointed. For your first question, I'd pick Le Cellier, if for no other reason that it's fun to eat in the parks. I last had dinner at Artist Point about 5 years ago, and it didn't do too much for me.
As to your second question, there isn't a finer restaurant on the planet than the California Grill. Wonderful food, excellent service, and a view that you simply can't get anywhere else. Plan on eating a couple hours before MK fireworks, and then take a drink out on the balcony and enjoy a bird's eye view.
So true....V&A is the one exception IMHOSeeing as I think Le Cellier is way overrated and a waste of time, money, and calories - I guess my answer is clear.
Now as to between Artist Point and California Grill - that is a tough one. I really enjoy both of them. I guess it boils down to what sort of menu I am in the mood for.
For the record, I think all WDW restaruants are overrated and over priced compared to the real world, but Le Cellier is over priced and over rated even by WDW standards.

Not to mention the fact that he's wrong. So is this how it's gonna be? Every time I express my honest opinion as to how much I like the California Grill, you're gonna jump in and tell me and everyone else how wrong I am? That is just incredibly arrogant of you to state that your opinion is of more value than mine, and it's really quite rude.
No problem!Than for the support, Goof - you brought a tear to my eye (I take these online squabbles way too seriously!).
No problem!
And, and to the OP, if it is really just between the 2 of those, then I would pick LeCellier. We have eaten there many times, and the food, service, and atmosphere have always been outstanding.
Pay no mind to the little hockey boy. If you spend any time at all here, you will quickly learn that he thinks he knows everything, when in reality he actually lives in his parents' basement. So is this how it's gonna be?
