I have been waiting for an order from them for 6weeks now. It has arrived in dribs and drabs, some things they could not get hold of, but no one thought to tell me. Eventually got hold of someone by email, and he has been great, even got 20% back off my order and a quicker delivery too, all the way to Australia.
