What I mean is, wouldn’t the order of business be: rehire, retrain, test, do all the internal things- and then move to external (singnage, update maps, app, etc)?

We haven't heard reports of actor call-backs for this one. Line spacing for Buzz would need to get to the 3' or less to not encroach on MILF's personal space. Not that I'd expect a leak for every single thing still shuttered, but there's a lot to do yet, I'm sure.

At least the sign is visible. That says to me the plans are in place for a return.
