Late Seating at Chef Mickey's

Hi!

We are planning on having breakfast at Chef Mickey's while we are at WDW in May. We are staying at the WL so we plan on taking advantage of EMH at Epcot. So...I made our PS at Chef Mickey's for 11:20.

Is this a mistake? Has anyone had such a late seating at a character breakfast? I'm hoping that being a late seating, maybe the characters will spend more time with us, as there aren't characters at lunch but this could backfire as the characters might check out before we see them all.

Anyone had any experience with a late seating at Chef Mickey's?

Hi Diana.
We've had a late dinner at Chef Mickeys and got tons of character attention especially as people started leaving. Last time we had breakfast at 9:30. We've always liked Chef Mickey's. This was our fourth time. We've always had excellent food and great character interaction. I think 11:20 will be fine!
