Late Oct weather

Having read several pieces on other threads im a little confused about the state of the weather at the end of the month till early Nov.
Its hitting the highs of about 58 - 60max here right now though usually a little cooler at night ie frost, so I expect it to be a little warmer. Am I missguided?
Can any one tell me if its still warm enough to wear shorts ( not the underwear type) especially at night or will it be out of place at that time of year. Hey, I could wear my kilt but if its a little breezy I could put people off their turkey legs:dazzle:

The weather here in Miami is now high 80's in the day and mid 70's at night. The temp in WDW varies about 2-3 degrees difference from us.

Since 70 degrees is cool weather for me, I would think you would be fine with shorts. Back in January this year the temp went down to a freezing 49 degrees.:animwink:

Snapper, right now (almost 7PM and getting dark) it's 82 outside. Still shorts weather for non-Floridians. It won't get cold by your standards until December or so, and it'll probably still be warm enough for shorts and swimming during the day for most of November. I would still bring a light jacket or sweater in case the breeze is cool at fireworks time.

Temperatures are pretty mild here until late December. It is usually in the high 70's-mid 80's during the day and possibly in the high 60's at night. It changes sometimes. This being an El Nino year, you can never tell. The last El Nino we had in 97-98 gave us the coldest winter in recent history and killer tornados.
