Late Night LIVE observations

Attending Late Night LIVE tonight. I like it.

There are two types of music. High crazy dance music in front of Canada and more mellow soft rock/country at the WS entrance.

Booths from Canada to Scotland are open. Yes, you read that right. It used to be from UK to Hawaii booth with three music offerings. It was shifted further down closer to the WS entrance. Explanation I received was it was getting way too big from UK. So it was shifted downward with the addition of the Scotland booth. Read what you want into that but it now includes 18 yo Glenfidditch single malt scotch as any of your 6 "entitlements". I used two of them.

Dancers occasionally come out. Four of them are on stilts. They have to be on loan from FOTLK. Who else has that capability?

Bottom line. It's what you make of it at late night. Any 5 food or drink you want from the booths, one drink with a light up glass (totaling 6 entitlements), and entertainment. I'm good with it.

Isn't that event almost the cost of daily admission?

I did the party when I was there in September..... the DJ was eh, but then again I am not a big fan of DJs.

The guitarist they had by Canada was great - listened to him for quite a while.

The band they had down by UK was great too - and liked the lounge feel to the usually unseen hall between Canada and UK.

I quickly figured out that if I drank champagne with all of my tickets I would do alright cost/experience wise. So I did. And felt pretty good on the way out!

The dancers seemed to be escapees from the Halloween party in MK. They just didn't fit in....

Overall, I enjoyed the event and would do it again next year. I think they will make changes to it, and hope it will be changes to improve and not take away
