late arrival CHEEP Rodeway Inn?

We are not arriving until 11:00PM next Friday. I need a cheep room to sleep. We check in to the Polynesian in the morning. Has anybody stayed at the Rodeway Inn (5995 West Irlo Bronson HwyKissimmee, FL 34747)?
I can get a room for 35.00 /nt but a little worried about how cheep it is.:snore:

Just stayed there this past weekend, we got there about 10 pm, they had no more NON-smoking rooms, but ofered one that had recently been scrubed out, the room didnt have any smell and the AC was clear, however the walk up price for a standerd double was 39.00 plus tax(12%!!!!), it was ok, nothing to get excited about, but if you just need a place to floop for the night it will do.
