Last second Parking question

I'm going to be going to the world in a few days, and I just realized I've never rented a car while there! My main quesiton is, if I am a Cast Member from CA, should I hit the ATM before going to the parking gates, or will my Disneyland ID get me CM discounted (aka free) parking at the World?

I'm not 100% sure - but flash your CM ID and if that doesn't work - fork over the $$

yup it should- and a lot of people don't know that their maingates also get you free parking- it says right on the cover! I've used my maingate + a drivers license at DLR (I don't even have a current CM ID since I'm seasonal) and they accept it for free parking every time! things should work the same here!

Those autoplaza CM's usually wave through any piece of plastic you show them, so I wouldn't worry.
