Last Minute Camp Site at Fort Wilderness

My parents got a new RV last weekend and would love to take it to Fort Wilderness this coming weekend (2/19-2/21).

What is the likelihood of getting a camp site for their RV at the last minute?

I know there is the Princess Marathon this weekend, but I was also wandering if they release more spots at the last minute.

Any info is helpful.

Look for availability online now and call tomorrow morning if need be. The phone lines are closed now so that's why I mentioned to call in the morning.

I just looked it looks like its fully booked this weekend for all levels of campsites. Just call anyway tomorrow to make sure. This is an extremely busy weekend though.

If Ft. Wilderness doesn't work out.... there is a KOA on 192. DH and I have stayed there. It could be worse.

I doubt they'd be holding on to sites, waiting for the right moment, especially since it is a marathon weekend. If there are no sites, it's because they're all booked, but you never know when someone might cancel.
