Land Sea Packages

Just doing some thinking the other day about a Land Sea Vacation.

However, I only see the option for 3/4 or 4/3 day combo's. It also only allows you a choice between 4 resorts.

I'm only to assume that if you want more than 4 days on land or sea that you should book a separate vacation and then book a cruise at the end of it?

Any thoughts on this? How about cruise first?

You do gain more flexibility by booking them separately.

The land resort choices vary based on your stateroom category.

Many find the cruise to be more relaxing than the WDW portion, so many take the cruise last; but the choice is yours.

Thanks, I wasn't originally aware of this.

Still wish you were able to customize more in terms of days.

If you were to book separately, I wonder if your transportation from resort to the dock would be coordinated seamlessly?

I've seen posts by people saying they added on days to Land/Sea at start or end. Transport to dock is probably a pretty reliable add-on if you book separately.

Just FYI I booked a Land/Sea not long ago. For the Date/Resort/Stateroom we wanted, the price was hundreds of dollars less than I could've gotten separately. But I've seen loads of people post that that's frequently not the case...
