Ill be doing a land/sea combo in May 2014, disney dream than a week at Port Orleans Riverside. I was curious about the last day of the cruise.

What time can we expect to arrive at our hotel? Mid-morning? Afternoon?

I see we are expected to be ashore around 7:30... Do they serve breakfast on the day we disembark?

Yes, they serve breakfast. Your scheduled time for breakfast will be based on your dinner seating. You can skip it if you are anxious to get off the ship.

You need to go claim your bags and then go through customs and then board the bus to WDW. You will definitely be there in the morning. I've been to MCO as early as 10:30-11am.

They do serve breakfast. If you are on early dining you will eat early, late dining a little later, like 8:00. Cabanas is open too, but everyone is done by 9 or so and they really like everyone off by 9:30 so they can get the ship ready for the next sailing.

You could be off as early as 7:30 if you wanted and on your way! I think we've been at the Poly before 9 before.

I enjoyed seeing our dining crew the morning before getting off. Just talking about them I want to cry. Depending on your seating time like the others said you will get breakfast. Example Early= 6:30AM Late= 8:00AM. I assume they have buses waiting to take you at all times. You will eat in the restaurant you ate the night before.

I spent the day at the parks the day I disembarked the ship and we were off the ship by 8:30 and we had the second breakfast seating. We did have a private driver take us to AKL though so we did not use DME. I was in the Animal Kingdom by 10:15, which was a lot quicker than I had expected. So I'd expect to arrive probably mid morning at your hotel.

Same we had a late flight and we ended up renting a car, eating lunch and playing mini-golf before heading back to the airport.

Well I'm assuming if one hasn't rented a car that they pay disney for mass transit transfers...

I just wanted to clarify, since many know that DME from MCO to WDW and back is free, they assume that the DCL bus from MCO to the Port or from WDW to the Port is free also - and some call those transfers DME too.
