Does anyone know what TWDC is doing with the land they're clearing near the Epcot park entrance?

It's in the general area of World Drive at the Epcot Center drive exit.

Good thing they weren't clearing land or making large dirt piles near the monorail right of way. I know a former member here that would have taken a footer right alt, I mean off, the deep end.
