Having free electricity in a public place is not a right, it’s a luxury and shouldnt be expected.

Nor is shade… nor entertainment… nor music…

But when you are trying to build a place people enjoy and feel satisfied with their adventure… you don’t focus only on ‘rights’

So Disneyland puts in charging stations. Next you think you know, the Disneyland gangs have taken over those stations as home base and refuse to let people use them with a "donation".
