Definitely - I know we did the right thing. She's really pretty nutty for a dog her age.

Problem is, I really want to be able to work out. Maybe I should just try doing something less strenuous like Pilates or Yoga or something. :shrug:
I might be having to look at not going to WDW next summer.
Can you work out a payment plan? we had to do that for both kids. The orthodentist was very understanding.

Wonderful.
I tell you guys I have been through it these last couple weeks. Still am not sure what is going to happen with the house. Well everyone has problems and I don't want to bother anyone with them. I just got on today because I am feeling a little better not as depressed.
if I may ask Dawn, did you have one of those variable rate mortgages?

We have an adjustable rate mortgage is that the same thing. We owe more than our house is worth at this present time, so we can not refinance and are in the same boat a most people facing foreclosure.
I'm so sorry - there must be something you could do. Do you have any attorney friends?

Oh we have alot of friends who send us to this bank and that mortgage office only to be told the same thing we need $25,000.00 of our own money to come to the table with. Sooo here we are. See in my family I am the one that they ALL come to. I have no one to lean on and I mean no one.

They want $700 down and $112 a month for 18 months. It isn't bad but that is my paycheck and I was putting that in the savings for our trip.
