Thanks Steph.
Hope you have a great and fun night.:animwink: :animwink:
Yeah...it could have been better. But I'm looking forward to (not this weekend but) next weekend. That is going to be blissful!

And yay for "saving" $400.

Hey Jenny  How's your day going?

Very nice...Mike and I took the kiddos to school, then went to an antique mall and did some wandering, drove out to Amish country and had lunch, and are just taking it easy till it's time to pick up the kids.
I could ask how you are, but I think the answer would be, "I don't think it's happening today, but I really really really wouldn't mind if it did...ACK!!!" :D

You don't know what hoosier means?
Er...no. :o And this was the only definition I could find:
Hoo·sier (h

r) KEY

NOUN:

Used as a nickname for a native or resident of Indiana.

I'm guessing you didn't mean that he was from Indiana. :lookaroun

*backspace, backspace, backspace* You know me too well.

But I really don't think it's happening today. He doesn't seem quite as "organized" as I feel like he'll be when it happens.

Wow, that sounds like a great day! Did you find anything good antiqueing?

I found a definition on Wikapedia that I think sums it up perfectly:

In other areas of the country, such as St. Louis, the word is used in a derogatory fashion in similar context to "white trash".

I maybe don't mean it as harshly...but it's got the right concept.

Hi Nibbs - see above for answer - sorry you had an 'interesting' weekend with the FIL; just thank your MIL for how WHF turned out. :D
Yes...MIL is absolutely wonderful. We actually had dinner together on Saturday night, just the two of us, b/c the boys went to see auto racing, and we talked together all night. It was so great. And of course WHF is wonderful, but I'm helping to train him...:lookaroun He's come a long way from living in his parent's house, trust me. (I have actually managed to teach him to put the seat down! )

Sure - just looking unfortunately, but I was checking out the ceramics (surprise, surprise  ). Also found some cool poster reprints of old movies. I want to keep that in mind for our basement. I painted the paneling cream, now it needs some prints for the walls.

Oh. Well, yes, that makes more sense in the context.

Hello Jenny:wave:

Sorry Dan. That is what my day started out to be but I think it got better. I hope your does too.
The hospital called George and asked if he would work from 3 - 11 today. So he went to take a nap. At 1:30 I went to wake him so he could take a shower and get ready. We didn't want to get up until 1:50. :hammer: And he had set the alarm. Well, dang, the last time I didn't bother with him, he got mad because the alarm didn't go off and I didn't wake him. :brick:
Well, he's off to work now.
