Favors are an expense and take time to shop for and make. Then, more times than not, they're left on the tables. This just makes so much more sense.

At Dave's niece's wedding, my SIL made magnets for everyone out of plastic canvas. She made a set of coasters with matching box for shower favors. I really hate plastic canvas stuff....

It was bad enough when MIL used to make all he Christmas presents with it - I just made sure they were out when she came over, but now.... I don't even know what to do with these!
