I'll be at the World from 9/26-10/5 and the ONLY opening they have at La Cellier (party of 1) is on 10/4 at 8:40p - which is cool b/c it's an EMH night.

Question - Is the food THAT good? I cancelled my ressies @ Alfredo's to try 'something new' this trip. What does everyone recommend for entrees (non-fish)?

Hey!

Yes Le Cellier is def. worth it. One of the best meals I had. The entree I had was the Mushroom Filet Mignon. Hmm mmmm! It was sooo good and the mushroom risotto was amazing.

They also have great cream cheese mashed potatoes. hmmm hmmm.

I went to Le Cellier last trip and I wanted to try Alfredo's instead on this one. I hope it's good, any advice?

I adore Le Cellier...second best of the restaurants in Epcot IMHO...(only both of the French restaurants rank higher for me). IT is always booked solid. And that Mushroom Filet Mignon is definately their signature dish.

Alfredos...um...well...only if you a) don't minc crowds sitting on top of one another...and b) like Olive Garden quality italian food.

I thought it was supposed to be good because it used to be 2 table service points! And I love pasta so i thought it would be a good choice.

Maybe I should go to Chefs de France again instead...

I just got off of the phone to make reservations there. We will be at WDW from 9/27-10/1. I had to opt for a late lunch at Le Cellier. It is one of my favorites so I would have taken anything. It really did shock me that it was that booked up already.

I have to agree with everyone who reccommended the Mushroom Filet Mingon. It's to die for. Personally, I like to try "something new" every time we go, and Le Cellier is a great choice. We liked Alfredos, but not nearly as much as Le Cellier.

Alfredo's is one point and so is Le Cellier. Le Cellier is excellent and so is Chef de France, the beef tenderloin there is wonderful. I was not happy with Alfredo's the last time I was there.

Hi all! I just got back from my monthly trip to The World (May 31-June4th). I had the pleasure of dining at Le C. on Sunday June 4th. It was amazing! I had the 10oz steak and boy was it yummy. My gf had the stir fry with beef...it was sweet and oh so yummy! Anyhow, they featured a special fun martini and it was sooooooo yummy...key words here: "YUMMY". We were lucky to get a PS for the lunch on the same day.

We got in with pretty much our choice of times. Got 10/3 at 5pm, but we called pretty much at the 180 day mark.

We're looking forward to it. We have made the cheese soup at home several times, but are looking forward to the real thing.
