L&M Car Rental Service? A-OK?

Hi all,
Hopefully someone can shine some light on my question. We originally booked a car through the Emerald Aisle service with National; however, I just found a rate for about $70 less than National's with L&M. I know that L&M are located inside the terminal as well but I'm wondering if anyone has had any problems with them or any complaints. Anything good or negative would be helpful I guess!

I never used them myself, but my parents havea few times. They've had no problems. They are usually in and out quick, the customer service reps are nice and the cars are always clean.
