Hello Disney Experts,
I will be going to The World in a few days and have all my ADR's in order. I decided to try Kouzzina's for dinner, have never been to this restaurant. I may end up dining Solo that night. Wanted to get your thoughts on dining solo there, plus the food of course, any comments, good or bad, and any dishes that are your favorites, from appetizers, to entrees, to desserts and also any favorite beverages. Your comments are important so please fire away!!!!!!!

The Pastitsio - Greek-style Lasagna, is amazing! I could eat it everyday.

I'm not a big steak eater but my son had the Wood-grilled Steak and it was one of the best I have tasted at Disney.

The Loukoumades - Freshly Made Greek Doughnuts drizzled with Warm Honey are excellent.

I agree about the pastitsio. I daydream about it from time to time, lol. The whole fish obviously depends on the day's catch, but it's very well-prepared. I look forward to trying the fisherman's stew the next time we visit for dinner, as I hear wonderful things about it.

Kouzzina is not the first place I think of for solo dining, I must say. I always want to opt for bars or lounges when I'm dining alone, and there isn't that option at Kouzzina. Additionally, it's a very lively, loud, celebratory, social atmosphere, which I think might make dining alone feel a little lonely.

Fisherman stew is fabulous, they also do a great breakfast..however for solo dining please consider eating at the bar next door at Flying Fish. I think it's a better choice in this case. Bon Apetit

I agree with the lamb shank or the fisherman stew, both are excellent. I'll be honest the dessert menu didn't do much for me. I saved it for something from the French bakery.

I'll vote for the pastitsio as well. I also love the cinnamon stewed chicken, so I orderded the Trio this past trip (which includes the pastitsio, the chicken, and a slider sized lamb burger). All were delicious.

We also enjoyed breakfast there as well.

My husband had the braised short ribs last month and loved them! I had the steak and it was good, but not great.
