Ive got some basics for those of you going:

Japanese (Nihongo)
The Basics
Hello: Konichiwa
How are you? : Hajimemae?
Goodbye: Sayonara
Please: Onegaishimasu
Thankyou: Domo Arigato
My name is (Rob): (Rob) desu
Yes: Hai
No: IIe

Days of the Week
Monday: Getsuyou
Tuesday: Kayoubi
Wednesday: Souiyoubi
Thursday: Mokoyoubi
Friday: Kin’youbi
Saturday: Doyoubi
Sunday: Nichiyoubi


Just remember when saying it to keep all syllables the sames length, ok? Also on the word 'desu' the 'u' is silent so it sounds like 'dess'
