I have never had it take more than a day. Your e-mail might be lost in cyberspace so I would send another.

You first receive an e-mail that says they received your e-mail. Did you get that one? If not your e-mail is probably lost somewhere. I have gotten that initial e-mail within a day.

Please don't give up on Kingdom Konsultants. If you didn't hear back right away, the problem is on your end, not theirs. (Sorry.) Rather than e-mail, just pick up the phone and call. Pam is a great help!

Kingdom Konsultants is a great company. We have always received prompt and courteous replies to our e-mails and phone calls. I'm certain the problem wasn't on their end. We highly recommend their services.

I would ring but I'm in the UK so it would probably cost me megabucks and it's a bit early for what I want to do at the mo, just making enquiries for the future!

I have had the pleasure of meeting both Marie and Pam, and they are the greatest ladies, very outgoing and refreshing. Especially in these times when it's hard to come by people who really enjoy their jobs, they care very much about what they do and helped out a friend when she needed to get WDW tickets. Cudoes to KK, they do all they can to get your satifaction.:D

If Pam is ever crazy enough to coordinate another meet, she does an excellent job. My husband is disappointed to see Fantasmic without the reception and cool seats! :)
