My friend told me that he read that a boy saw Sora(Kingdom Hearts) by Tomorrowland. Can anyone confirm this?

Sora was in the parks at the first game.

but now the only sora you will see is people in cosplay for the halloween party.

No, Sora was around for Not So Scary Halloween Party a couple of years ago to promote Chain of Memories along with Goofy and Donald in their KH Gear.
