Kimonos for a group

Im planning a group dinner at Kimonos during the weekend of the Princess Half Marathon - but Ive never been so I'm kind of doing this blind. If I'm counting correctly there will be about 10 of us. I know you can't make a WDW ADR there but I did notice a group reservation page on Kimono's website - but its for groups of 12 or more.

The plan is to get there at 5:30 when Kimonos opens so that we can get to bed pretty early since all of us are running or cheering for the 5k the next morning.

Sound good? Any suggestions?

I would call ahead anyway and tell them that you have 10 people coming. If you are going at opening, it shouldn't be a problem.

Kimonos makes excellent sushi. They give you a menu and a pencil. You check off the items that you would like and the waitress brings it to you. They also have a good cocktail menu.

I'm not sure if they have it at 5:30 but karaoke is also available. I usually go around 10:30-11pm and by then people are "spirited".

It's not a very large restaurant but I haven't ever seen it packed with a line.

I was picturing someone sewing together "Kimonos" for their group to wear to the theme parks. :shrug:

Thanks WdwPrince. Im pretty sure we won't be there for karaoke since we have to get up at like 4:30 the next morning...although a couple people are talking about it...crazies!
