Kilimanjaro Safaris tilting bridge is back!

Not THAT long ago. The tilting bridge was still operating very intermittently between 2018-2019. Less frequently as time went on though. I'm unsure if they've operated it at any point after the Covid lockdowns ended though. I've not found any evidence that they have.
Correct. I only started visiting regularly in 2015 and I remember both the poacher videos in the queue and the rickety bridge. The bridge was fun and they could easily operate it without the poacher storyline.

The poacher videos in the queue lasted a lot longer than the poacher storyline in the ride itself.

This. I preferred the poacher storyline, but I can understand the argument that the ride is better without it and with the focus on the animals. but there is no reason they couldn't have an animal focused safari ride, but also have the unstable bridge - there's no particular animals you ae looking at while crossing the bridge and it adds an element of humor/fun/excitement to the ride without disrupting anything. I'd love to see them bring it back.
