When I was watching last night, I had a feeling that Keith was going to get kicked out. He was acting tooo much like Chef.

I am wondering how bad Virginia will actually do next week.

Big Boy was an idiot and terrible at running the kitchen...since he is sooooooooooooo good at being a line cook, he can stay on the line. Virginia has the talent and creativity and leadership needed to be an Executive Chef...even big bad Heather is scared.
