Anyone good with solving problems with Kazaa? The 'search' and 'traffic' buttons wont activate and it only says 'connecting' at the bottom without connecting at all.

Any help would be appreciated.

It may be your internet connection. Just try restarting though. When that happens to me it's usually because my PC is about to crash...it's easily solved by shutting down any extra programs or restarting. :)

...that use to happen to me on occasion with my older computer...but I've been using Kazaa Lite and I never have a problem with it...plus, I don't have all those flashing ads in the lower left corner and the pop ups have disappeared too.:sohappy:

Been there, done that.

Could this be a firewall problem?

I'm having a werid problem with kazza maybe someone has a sugestion or a reason for this, I had a previous version of the software and I do have a fire wall and after I instaled it I then was having problems logging onto my MSN while it was running. If I turned it off then it would let me get into MSN sometimes.

I just got the new kazza v2.0 and it seem to have reset all my options on my computer and now I have to reset everything and I am having new problems reguarding loading my MSN and logging in even when kazza it not running.

You are going to need to explain your situation with a little more detail. Are you using MSN as your internet service provider? If so, why are you running Kazza before you are connected? Do you have it set up to start as soon as your computer turns on? If so, you might want to stop it from doing that since Kazaa can sometimes be a resource hog. If MSN isn’t your ISP, what are you logging onto? MSN messenger?..

I’m with Tramp about Kazza Lite. It has everything you want from kazza but without the pop-ups and without spyware of any kind… It also comes with Fast track which can dramatically increase your download times on things as well. Before you try anything with Kazza, I’d looking to Kazza Lite if I were you. :)

Ok, this is like one of those cases where a person in Epcot says that they are going to head over to Disney World. :)

So what you are saying is that you are using MSN-MESSENGER, right? :) If so, why don't you try starting it before you connect to kazaa?..

And to answer your question about uninstalling Kazaa, it shouldn't get rid of anything you downloaded. :)

I think i understand the problem he was having.

It happens to me too.

When you sign into kazaa (or start downloading anyway) It will sign you out of MSN messenger and not let you sign back in.

(I don't really mind it anyway, No-one wants to speak to me anyway.  )
