Nothing. Houses corporate events now. Havent even seen a good rumor pop up recently
Meetings must really suck in body wars eh
Plus that was a solid attraction, and now it's gone.
any plans of bulldozin and rebuild or revanp and reverb?
also biking around the magic kingdom was fun, just too short (they always cut you off after some crappy time limit like there were actually people waiting to go on it
I forgot about those bikes!! They were fun....thanks for the pleasant memory!
From what I understand space for corporate events is in high demand and they need pretty much every square foot they can find.It is yet another bad decision by current management, it's such bull that they needed yet another place for corprate events there is already a million places in WDW for these events.

While I would agree that the pavilion should have been revamped and saved it is hard to deny that WoL was dead. While the reason for this is highly debatable the last time the pavilion was open it was completely deserted save for a few hard core fans like myself. The attached pictures were taken about midday on a Saturday or Sunday.Ok but you dont get rid of a pavilion for that, If its in that much deman stop being cheap and build a new space. Also In epcot there is some better options than WOL, there dosent need to be two sides of innovations DL gets along just fine with only one. My point is dont get rid of a pavilion, there had to have been better options.
I don't think it should have stayed open the way it was CC an BW were Both very dated the whole pavilion needed to be revamped or it wasn't my favorite they could have gutted and started over or change the theme completly. My whole problem is that it needs to be an active pavilion. If they want to have a corprate event there fine but keep the place active.
Because that is what the clients reserving the space want. Would you rater put on a convention inside of Epcot or in a big warehouse behind the monorail barn? What about that TOTALLY vacant building behind test track, I always go in there to take a leak, sneak into the room, and get yelled at if caught. That was supposedly for corporate/special guest events
anyways, why do they NEED space inside a park for corporate events? They've only used 1/4th of there land, go off and build a corporate meeting center so ALL of the big wigs are in the same vacant spot, they can have all the frills they are accustom too, and not having to take over guest buildings and attractions.
Call it club 34 wth ever. I mean imagine if they closed down inventions for this, do you really think people would stand for it?
