I just saw the pics of the M:S queue area (thanks MKT). Has anyone noticed that the "Gravity Wheel" and the large spacecraft model are right out of the 2000 Touchstone movie "Mission to Mars" with Gary Sinise. Just thought I would throw that out there :)

I love it!! The horizons symbol was a great idea for them to add!! I wonder if we'll see anything else from horizons.

I heard the Space theme may have made a comeback. But, since a whole scene was dedicated to the Space (HUGE!) I am sure there must be a couple more hidden somewhere. The symbol - now THAT was unexpected. :)

Actually when I went to WDI out here to test out one of the post show games (kinda like Dr. Mario type stuff....you'll see it when you play it) They had the pics up for all the queue, pre, and post-show stuff and I asked about the gravity wheel and they said it was the same one that was in Horizons. In the art work we saw they still had the AA's in there but they must have decided to pull them out.
I can't wait till I get to see what the attraction of the future is like first hand. We will be there Oct. 7- 15 so we are hoping we get lucky enough to be there for the actual day.....but even if we don't it will still be amazing to be back!!!!!!

Hey Jerm. I'll be there from the 6th - the 13th. Im hoping to hit that official opening day, too. I remember reading somewhere about a contest to go to some sort of opening party supposedly taking place on 10/9.. does anyone know if this is an actual opening date or if it is just for the contest winners?
