Just Got My MNSSHP tickets! Question?

I just received my MNSSHP tickets in the mail today for Sept 15th! SO EXCITED! But I had a question.

I noticed it says "while you're enjoying MNSSHP, take time to treat yourself to a scrumptious family-style Not-So-Scary dinner at Liberty Tree Tavern. Also enjoy a la carte dinner options at Tony's Town Square Restaurant."

Now... this doesn't mean this is included right?
Or are they just telling you this because these are the only places open to eat?
Also (REALLY dumb question I'm sure) but what does it mean "a la carte dinner options"?

I already made dinner reservations early for Boma at 4:35 - I did this because I was hoping this would be the night I would get to see Fantasmic so I wanted it early so I had time to get there. Turns out when the hours came out, Fantasmic is not showing this night. But works out that I can now go to the party and make sure to be there right around 7.

Unless you have "free dining" and make your reservations for that day at that place and then of course, it is free.

"al a carte" means to order off a menu, not the buffet they advertised. All of the places to eat at MK are open during the party. Enjoy!

We do have the free dining, but are using it for Boma that day.
I was just curious when I read what they had written on my tickets. Probably just to let people know there are these restaurants available.
