Just got back WOW

Hi all, just returned from our latest trip to the world and it was fantastic.

Stitch is a GROWER! I hated it at first but by my 3rd ride thought it was a nice attraction (still No AE but still enjoyable).

All the lines were short except Soarin' (more like BOARIN' IMO) and Pirates always had a 30 min way or more.

MK was PACKED for this time of year on Saturday with much longer lines than I would normally expect.

Was it pay day on Sunday or something? All the MGM staff were so happy and friendly (even more so than normal!!!) and really made our day ((I will start a sepearate thread about this as a CM almost certainly made our holiday)).

HOPPING BRER RABBIT WORKING AS OF SATURDAY EVENING!!! Not seen this working for about 3 years or so now so we were VERY pleased to see him working fine as normal.

I think that's it in a nut shell....

Oh and I'm now addicted to Pin Trading! Disney Cruise next year we think with a couple of days at WDW before.

Hopping Bre'r Rabbit has always worked when I've ridden Splash Mountain. The jumping waters is another story. Was it working?

The jumping waters weren't working when I was there in September.

Glad you had a great trip. Oh and lol @ boarin' ! I love that ride though, to me it's my peace.

We rode Splash Saturday night and the jumping waters were working then!

Glad to hear you had a great time and I look forward to reading your comments about the cast member . I allways find that the hopping Brear Rabbit is emprimental, we may ride Splash Mountain in the morning and he be working fine but by evening broken.

Actually Yes, Brer wasn't working in the AM but was in the PM.

The jumping water was on but it didn't even reach half the distance to the spot it's supposed to Hop to, One of Pertunia Poppy and uh... the other one weren't working either which is strange as it seems like a fairly simple animatronic.

One thing we did notice though were some Bathrooms we're BAD. Blue soap everywhere and no paper in them (the ones near Space Mountain and POC were the worst offenders here) and some trash cans were spilling out! SOmething I've NEVER witnessed at Disney. We had an amazing time so I certainly didn't let those little things get me down. I could have easily done another two weeks too.

Oh by the way the gold trimming and MIrror on the castle is gone! I managed to get pictures with it (albeit with a crane in the background) and without (and no crane).

When I went to wdw aug 27 - sept third three out of the four times that I rode spalsh mountain the jumping water was working. The fourth time it wasn't

30 minute waits for POTC?? wow. that's a bit longer than I would expect for this time of year.

I did Pirates on 2 seperate days last week and walked on both times! Maybe I just got lucky.

PotC was walk-on thru the week for us 23rd-30th

The hoping rabbit and jumping water working all week

the only thing that was subject was the audio... it went from normal to very loud sometimes. weird?

:sohappy: we just left the world sunday and every thing was working on splash the 4 times we rode it pretty much walk on each time. there was along line for soarin but we fast passed it three times. all other attractions were walk on.in fact on thursday we rode everest 5 times in 30 mins i think that has to be some kind of record. also wednesday a cm told me they had turned off the f/p machines because there was not enough people in the park.and we still rode everything 3 or 4 times.:sohappy: :sohappy:
