Just back from seeing Prince of Persia...

Am I the only person who didn't like this movie at all? Most of the characters didn't look like they were from the region, the accents weren't correct, and the storyline was cliche and unentertaining.

However, there was one bit of dialogue that I enjoyed and that was about it. "You know what they say about men with big swords? *holds up pinky finger and bends a bit*"

None of us really were all that excited about it going in, but we all came out feeling glad we saw it. It's a typical Jerry Bruckheimer film with lots of action, but it's quite fun and has a great story. It's interesting because there are elements of Aladdin scattered throughout the story that made me wonder at times if this was a real-life Aladdin brought to the screen. The action and adventure in this are on par with other Bruckheimer films, Pirates of the Caribbean and National Treasure.[/FONT]
